Monarch provides software that helps revenue teams capture event conversations, prepare follow-up, send through connected email accounts, and log activity to connected CRM systems.

Information we process

We may process account information, workspace configuration, contact and company details supplied by customers or connected systems, capture notes or audio, generated drafts, recipient artifact content, usage events, billing metadata, and support communications.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, prepare follow-up materials at the customer's direction, operate integrations, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

Monarch may use infrastructure, payment, email, CRM, enrichment, and rendering providers to operate the service. Provider credentials are stored server-side and are not sold.

Customer control

Customer data belongs to the customer. Customers may request export, deletion, or access assistance by emailing privacy@flymonarch.ai.
